New & Used Vehicle Sales Professional
Our Group acknowledges the challenges faced by our clients in relation to the selection and purchase of their new vehicle. Therefore we are evolving our own business processes in order to accommodate these changes, thus enhancing the customers purchasing experience.
A successful Vehicle Sales Professional should have a solid sales background achieved through either a minimum three (3) years automotive industry or similar retail experience or a tertiary qualification.
Additional personal qualities required include:
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build empathy and rapport with clients
- Active listening skills
- Openness to embrace change
- Clear sense of direction
- Optimistic outlook
- Sense of humour
In addition to the inherent salesperson qualities:
- Self motivation
