We offer a diagnostic service for a flat rate fee of $165. This will enable our factory trained technicians to identify the problem, and provide a quote for the repair. We use the latest computerised technologies and diagnostic tools which enables us to locate the problem quicker, and repair it faster. With us, there are no nasty surprises and we keep our customers informed during the whole process.

Whether it’s new tyres, a wheel alignment, or a mechanical repair, our Master Kia, and Gold Holden Technicians are well equipped to get you back on the road safely.

One of our friendly Service Advisors will be your point of contact from start to finish, meaning you’ll receive a more personalised service experience We will keep you in the loop and maintain constant contact and updates while your car is being repaired.

  • Our courtesy bus driver Michelle will drop you wherever you need to go, and pick you up when your car is ready.
  • Relax in our lounge, read the paper, and enjoy a complimentary barista coffee from our onsite cafe.
  • Your car will be returned to you freshly washed.
